Mastermind sessions are structured meetings, where people of various backgrounds but united by common interests come together to collaborate, share ideas, solve problems, overcome entrepreneurial challenges and network.
There is always a group facilitator, to help guide and manage the flow of a session. Moderation ensures productive, focused discussions with equally allocated time and benefits for all participants, while fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere
Meetings can be conducted both online and in person, with options for one-off sessions or recurring gatherings tailored to participants' interests & goals. Group size can vary from 5 to 100 participants, and the most common facilitation formats used are: Iceberg, Win-Win, Uno and 1-2-3.

From idea to a working AI product
Built and tested the first version of her astrology AI assistant during the Mastermind.
Irina joined the Mastermind with an idea of her astrology-based AI assistant, ASKYRA, but without clear visibility, confidence, or a strategy for bringing it into the world. Over 12 weeks, she moved from working in isolation to building a live, functioning MVP, completing the first testing round, adapting the product and preparing for the second test.
She also gained her first (paid) collaboration opportunity and developed the confidence to speak publicly about what she was creating. Her biggest shift was realizing that to succeed a project cannot stay “in your head” — it grows faster when you start sharing it and letting the world respond, instead of doing so in isolation.

Presented her book project publicly and began building her publishing network.
Tatiana joined the Mastermind with the draft of her second children’s book. Her first book had already been published in three languages, but she still lacked a clear author voice online and had almost no network in the publishing world.
During the program she began speaking about her project openly, showed up more consistently, and presented herself as an author in professional spaces for the first time.
